Installation – Designed for Real-World Vessels

Power supply – High-performance fully isolated PWM-controlled regulated power supply accepts 11-35V DC. Works on 12V or 24V electrical systems without voltage converters. Isolation prevents electrical noise from affecting other electronics.

Antenna connections :

VHF antenna (NS-KYA3 connector) – Connect to dedicated VHF antenna or splitter with your existing VHF radio. For best performance, a dedicated AIS VHF antenna is recommended.

GPS antenna (BNC connector) – Connect the included active GPS antenna with clear sky view. The GPS receiver uses advanced speed/heading stabilization for consistent performance during vessel motion.

NMEA0183 interface – One RS-422 port (38400 baud) outputs received AIS target data to radar, chart plotters, and multifunction displays. Input receives your vessel's GPS position from external sources if the internal GPS is not used.
